We are a team of Social Workers with professional expertise and personal lived experience, many of us are neurodivergent or live with disabilities. We know firsthand how confusing and exhausting systems can be when they aren't designed with your needs in mind.

Founded by our Principal Social Worker, Rachel, we offer neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and individual-centred support for children, adults, and families across Redlands, Logan, Brisbane, and surrounds. We provide flexible, human-first care, with mobile outreach available to meet you where you are.
