Steph brings a beautifully therapeutic and deeply genuine approach to her work, shaped by rich Lived Experience and a heartfelt passion for helping others. With a love for connecting through story and creativity, she weaves empathy and authenticity into everything she does, fostering a safe and supportive environment for those she works with. Her ability to truly connect with individuals allows her to understand their unique journeys and provide compassionate guidance.
Steph's approach is highly adaptive, always seeking to meet people where they are and provide tailored support that resonates with their individual needs. She is particularly skilled at incorporating creative outlets and storytelling into her practice, recognizing their power in fostering healing and self-discovery.

Outside of her professional work, Steph has an ever-expanding range of interests that fuel her creative spirit. She enjoys photography, reading, gardening, sewing & embroidery, and any craft project. An adventurous soul, she also loves travelling and canoeing, though she has a memorable tale of swimming with whale sharks that, while terrifying, makes for an interesting fact! She's also had a number of other near-death experiences involving canoes and outdoor adventures, proving her resilient spirit.
